Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs

A Team of Professionals to Assist You

LANXESS has a staff of trained and experienced professionals available to address health, safety and environmental questions about our products. Your initial contact should be your sales representative, the product safety representative, or industrial hygienist. We will work with other team members to answer your inquiry accurately, efficiently and quickly. To help us keep abreast of the most current health and safety information available, LANXESS participates in many trade associations and professional organizations. Our association with these groups keeps us current on new and pending regulations and offers us a forum to voice our opinions.

Regulatory Affairs, Guidance and Information

At LANXESS, an experienced, highly trained staff addresses product regulatory issues concerning the LANXESS product lines. The Regulatory Affairs group is divided into three major areas: TSCA, FIFRA and FDA. Each area serves multiple functions by integrating internal and external customers and interfacing with government personnel. This staff is supported by, and works closely with, LANXESS toxicologists, chemists, product safety, regulatory and marketing personnel to obtain new product registrations, to assist in product development for new applications of existing products and to develop regulatory strategies for new and existing products.
